TERMS OF SERVICE

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Group Class Policies:

· Group classes may be purchased up to 30 minutes before the start time of a class on that day.

· Participants may cancel their class up to 30 minutes before class by sending an email to info@ruthruttan.ca. Credit will be given for the next available class date.

· Missed group classes without cancellation will not be refunded, however, you will be sent a video replay which will be live for 48 hours, with the exception of the Birth Moves - Prenatal Education class.

· Missed Birth Moves - Prenatal Education classes will be given credit for the next available date the workshop is offered or the video replay if preferred.

· If Ruth Ruttan • Doula & Pilates Specialist needs to cancel for any reason, credit will be given for a class. If the Birth Moves class is cancelled participants can attend the next date, have a personal 45 minute session at different time or receive a refund.

Ruth Ruttan • Doula & Pilates Specialist Liability Release for Group Classes 

Please read the following carefully. By purchasing a class, you agree to the following terms.

 Studio Liability Release

In purchasing a group class, I agree that Ruth Ruttan • Doula & Pilates Specialist o/a Ruth Ruttan is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes, both in-studio and online classes, may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is the risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Ruth Ruttan • Doula & Pilates Specialist o/a Ruth Ruttan or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
